ULTRAVIOLET BLOOD IRRADIATION (UVB)

Since 1928 UVB, also known as Biophotonic Therapy and Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation UBI, is a medical procedure that has been shown to kill bacteria and viruses, assist the immune system, and rejuvenate the blood. UVB has also been shown to increase oxygen flow to tissues, cause vasodilation and improve microcirculation.

Approximately 40 cc of blood, depending on the patient’s body weight, is withdrawn from the arm. This blood is run through a device which exposes the blood to controlled ultraviolet rays then the blood is returned directly back into the patient’s vein via an IV.

During the process, bacterial and viral pathogens are targeted, absorbing the majority of the photonic energy. The healthy cells remain intact while the pathogens are killed releasing antigens which stimulate the immune system to mount a more effective immune response. This process is called “induced secondary immune reactivation.”

The end result is a new supercharged immune response, greater oxygenation, and a balancing of your system.

This therapy has been used for over 70 years by physicians all over the world. Well over 1 million treatments have been given with no serious side effects.
